From in front of the camera to behind | Portland, ME

While they may just be baby steps, they are steps nonetheless to leave television news and become a lifestyle photographer. Being a TV journalist has been much more than just a career. It was a childhood dream that came true with a lot of hard work, dedication, and sacrifices. HELLO... I lived and worked in Elmira, NY!!!

Now eight years later, I took the first step to my next challenge and adventure with the support of my husband, Guy, my mom, and other family and friends. No, I did not quit my job. I bought a camera! OK, so I admit I can't believe I spent $ on a camera... can anyone say Gucci or Louis Vuitton Bag instead??? But as soon as I took the first picture (yes, Jon, the one of you) I knew that no designer bag could replace the thrill of taking a good picture. So here are a few of my first pics...

Jon, my co-worker and friend (he also took the pics of me), Joe aka Pierre who sold me the camera!

Jax!
My Husband, BFF, and biggest cheerleader. I think he is already researching how to start a small business :)
